Ingredients:
1.5 lb pork, sliced into strings
2.5 tblspn stock, reduced to a gel
2.5 tblspn hoisin sauce
Vermicelli noodles
1 onion, sliced and diced
3 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup chopped asparagus
3 eggs, scrambled
Start the vermicelli cooking in a pan of boiling water.
Sauté the pork. Add the gelled stock and the hoisin sauce and cook a short amount of time later. Set aside.
Sauté the onion and add the garlic, peas, and asparagus at the end. Set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients and heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
